Grafty is an AI app builder for companies, headquartered in Austin, Texas. Teams build together in one shared Builder Chat and comment on a live preview. Customers bring their own model keys and choose their infrastructure, with access controls and budgets per user, project and team. They pay their model provider directly, with no Grafty markup on model usage.

The role

Lead a core product area as a senior individual contributor. Own the experience from describing an app to reviewing a preview, refining it with teammates, and using the result. Bring strong product judgment, close attention to interaction details, and an understanding of what makes generated software useful.

Location and working arrangement

This is a fully remote role within the United States. You can work from your location in the U.S.; working from our Austin office is not required.

What you'll own

Own discovery and delivery for the prompt-to-app experience.
Work with design and engineering on feedback, revisions, and collaboration.
Define quality expectations around the generated app and how users verify it.
Use customer sessions and product evidence to prioritize improvements.
Make informed tradeoffs between building capabilities and adopting existing services.

Experience you bring

8+ years in product management with ownership of complex user-facing workflows.
Experience leading a product area through influence without relying on a large reporting organization.
Experience owning a budget, selecting a vendor, or approving a significant software purchase.
Hands-on familiarity with AI app builders or AI-assisted product development and their limitations.

Your first 90 days

Identify the largest gap between a successful first prompt and ongoing app use.
Ship and evaluate an improvement to that part of the experience.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $300,000–$350,000 USD, plus equity and a 401(k). Equity is additional to base pay. The final offer reflects relevant experience and the responsibilities of the role.
