Grafty is an AI app builder for companies, headquartered in Austin, Texas. Teams build together in one shared Builder Chat and comment on a live preview. Customers bring their own model keys and choose their infrastructure, with access controls and budgets per user, project and team. They pay their model provider directly, with no Grafty markup on model usage.

The role

Own Grafty's product approach to integrations and platform capabilities. Work with customers and engineering to decide which connections matter, what permissions they need, and how a team moves from connecting a source to using it in a real app. Balance broad requests with a focused, maintainable platform.

Location and working arrangement

This is a fully remote role within the United States. You can work from your location in the U.S.; working from our Austin office is not required.

What you'll own

Prioritize integrations based on customer workflows and repeatable value.
Make build, partner, and buy decisions for connectors and platform capabilities.
Work through authentication, data access, sync behavior, and error handling with engineering.
Define a consistent setup and administration experience for teams.
Track successful connections, time to first useful app, and ongoing reliability.

Experience you bring

8+ years in technical product management, platform products, or integration-heavy software.
Experience evaluating integration vendors or platforms with responsibility for budget and selection.
Ability to work through API behavior, permissions, and data tradeoffs with engineers.
Practical exposure to AI tools that use business data or take actions in connected systems.

Your first 90 days

Prioritize a small set of integrations against actual customer workflows.
Improve one integration journey from initial setup through ongoing use.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $325,000–$375,000 USD, plus equity and a 401(k). Equity is additional to base pay. The final offer reflects relevant experience and the responsibilities of the role.
