Grafty is an AI app builder for companies, headquartered in Austin, Texas. Teams build together in one shared Builder Chat and comment on a live preview. Customers bring their own model keys and choose their infrastructure, with access controls and budgets per user, project and team. They pay their model provider directly, with no Grafty markup on model usage.

The role

Build the operating habits that help Grafty learn and deliver. Connect customer evidence, product usage, planning, and launch follow-through without burying a small team in process. You will own the tools and budget for this work and stay close to the decisions they support.

Location and working arrangement

This is a fully remote role within the United States. You can work from your location in the U.S.; working from our Austin office is not required.

What you'll own

Create a consistent way to capture and prioritize customer and field feedback.
Connect product decisions to adoption, delivery, and business outcomes.
Own product tooling choices, renewals, and the associated operating budget.
Coordinate planning and launches with clear owners and follow-through.
Use AI where it improves research synthesis or recurring work, with appropriate review.

Experience you bring

8+ years across product management, product operations, or business operations.
Experience leading planning or operating processes for a product team.
Direct responsibility for selecting tools and approving or managing their budgets.
Practical experience introducing AI into a team workflow and assessing whether it helped.

Your first 90 days

Establish a useful feedback-to-roadmap process and a small set of product measures.
Improve one planning or launch workflow and demonstrate the result.

Compensation and benefits

Annual base salary: $275,000–$325,000 USD, plus equity and a 401(k). Equity is additional to base pay. The final offer reflects relevant experience and the responsibilities of the role.
